The Cerebral Palsy Family Fun Day 2010 is an opportunity for families to come together and experience a range of great activities that are accessible within our local community. We are also providing families the opportunity to hear from and engage with a range of International and local speakers with presentations and panel discussions of interest.

For many people, it’s relatively easy to go to an arts event but for disabled people in New Zealand, that choice is often made hard by all the barriers that can leave the doors to an arts event closed. Creative New Zealand in partnership with Arts Access Aotearoa has published Arts for All | Ngā toi mo te katoa. This guide provides practical and long-term ways for artists and arts organisations to enhance their access, market their events to the disabled community and build new audiences.

Art Adventure has been running since April, we started from Birkdale Community House and then got the amazing opportunity to have our own studio space running from the Wilson Centre , we have approx 21 students and now have room to grow.
